We commenced our activity as Przędsiębiorstwo Uslug Technicznych UNISERV Sp. z o.o. (eng:Technical Service Enterprise UNISERV Co. Ltd) at the beginning of year 1992. During that year we have begun our activity employing 7 people. We dealt mainly with chimney modernization and anti-corrosion works. Today we employ approximately 500 people and we are involved in projects that are worth many million zlotys.

Two companies had significant influence on the success of our company.


Chlodnie Kominowe

The company was founded in 1945. It was privatized in 1991 and since 2003 the company operated within the confines of UNISERV Group. In 2006 the company’s assets were sold to Uniserv Budownictwo Przemyslowe S.A. Since its beginning, the company has dealt with the design, construction, modernization and overhaul of natural draft cooling towers and mechanical draft cooling towers. The company was also involved in building an industrial and power unit, what has lead to the situation in which it can be stated that most of this type buildings in Poland are the result of their activity.

Piecbud-Bytom

Piecbud-Bytom was set up in 2003 on the basis of the workforce and technical base that belonged to Piecbud S.A that had run the business activity since 1948.The company was established as Bytomskie Przedsiebiorstwo Budowy Piecow Przemyslowych (eng:Industrial Furnaces Building Company Bytom Co.). The main activity of the company was focused on the assembly and refractory brick lining works of all types of heating furnaces for iron & steel, cement, coke, chemical and power industry. The company dealt also with structures assembly and refractory brick lining of all types of kettles, shaft, glass and lime furnaces. In 2006 the activity in the above mentioned field was integrated to UNISERV’s current organizational scheme and the remains of the company were sold.
